Guest Post - Meet Christina :)

Meet Christina!!

When did you start blogging and why?  

I have always had an unhealthy appetite for cosmetics.  I started practicing makeup on my mom and sister, and it became a serious passion of mine.  The more I got into it the more I realized how important makeup is to a woman’s self confidence.  I wanted to teach the women I care about how to accentuate their best features.  I decided to start this blog because I wanted to share my thoughts and ideas of beauty with old and new friends :D ( and it gives an excuse to chat about makeup all the time)

You have one day all to yourself, what do you do?

Lets pretend it is summer (because in the summer I live near the beach!) .  I would probably spend some of the morning researching new makeup and watching beauty youtube videos, then I would slather spf 50 sunscreen all over and head to the beach with a book, i pod and towel and soak up the sun for hours.  Pure Bliss.

Roller coasters... Scared or awesome?

AWESOME!!! Except for space mountain... in the dark roller coasters are not fun.

An event that has forever changed your life?

I don’t have children and I am not married, and those are usually the most life changing moments in a person’s life, so I don’t think I am quite there yet.  I know it will be pretty rad when I graduate college! Par-tayy.

What is one thing in your closet you can't live without?

A few years ago my sister bought me a Roxy leather bomber jacket.   It goes with everything and it makes me feel really cool.

what's one quote that you live your life by?

“Our Primary goal in life is to help others, and if you can’t help them at least don’t hurt them”

what's your number one song on your i tunes?

I am obsessed with music so I am going to cheat and say anything by my top three boys... James Morrison, Gavin Degraw, Jason Mraz.  

What kind of style would you describe yourself as having?

I would describe my style as casual, pretty, and simple.  I like my outfits to look like I just threw it on, even if I took a while to style it :)

Your guilty pleasure.  

The Real Housewives on Bravo.  Especially the women in Beverly Hills, they are so crazy and I love it.  It is also a great conversation starter when you meet new people, once you get someone talking about The Real Housewives... instant best friends.
