One Banana, Banana Bread.

The other day I had only one banana that was VERY ripe so I decided to make banana bread with one banana! :) It was super simple and turned out really well. 

This recipe is perfect for a smaller family or just as a snack. I thought it was great, I just modified a recipe that my mom uses that is bigger and makes more and it worked!!
