Pop of Neon. :)

















Dress: Target - Shoes: Victorias Secret - Clutch: TJ Maxx

This is one of my favorite "little" black dresses! I love that it is peplum. Am I the only one that feels like peplum is kind of unflattering? I don't feel like it is when I see it on other people but when I wear this dress I feel like it is a little unflattering. That is what heals are for, to make us feel longer! :)

    Those shoes. That dress. That clutch. That outfit! I love this! I love peplum shirts but all the peplum skirts I've seen have always been really short and yes very unflattering (I think), but you totally rock this look! And I'm pretty sure I need those shoes. haha
