When I saw this dress I died! I couldn't get my hands on it fast enough, it made me even more anxious for Spring and Summer. I couldn't wait to wear it, so I added this cute transitional cardigan and some flats and wore this on a windy/sunny day! I love the patterns mixed as well as the bright colors.
