As you know from this post we are heading off on a family vacation this month and boy are we excited! I wanted to share some tips of how I have prepared for this trip and tips for how I pack light for vacations, especially with a baby!

One important thing for me to do before a family vacation is plan out what I am going to bring. Since I am not only packing for me, I have to keep it under control. So I got on my  ZTE ZMAX phone from Walmart Family Mobile and started to do some research. This is our first road trip since we were engaged! Crazy right, that was over 3 years ago so to say it is time for us to travel would be an understatement. I am so glad I decided to go with the Walmart Family Mobile plan, not only has it saved us money but I love that I can check how my service is going to be where I am traveling. Did I mention that Walmart Family Mobile service is $29.88/month (for the first line) Unlimited Talk, Text & Data service plan which includes up to 1G of 4G LTE data. That is unbeatable. 

I feel like some of the packing lists I read were ridiculous, so I decided to create my own tips of what I found for my trip. I hope they help. Also, feel free to pin this for future traveling:

I will be doing  follow up post of things I wish I would have pack, and things I wish I wouldn't have packed. I also headed to Walmart today and got some drinks to add to our cooler for our road trip to eliminate stops at the gas station for overpriced snacks and drinks. I hope these tips help, comment down below of some tips you like for traveling and packing. I always struggle with over packing my clothes so doing this research will help me not pack items I don't need and that I could really do without.
